398 people trained on first aid
Manama, July 17 (BNA): Bahrain Red Crescent Society is calling communities to be equipped with life-saving skills, be it in times of everyday crises, disasters or conflicts. It has provided 34 first aid training sessions, where 398 of trainees obtained International Paramedic Certificate during the first half of this year.

Coast Guard assists marine excavator
Manama, July 17 (BNA): Coast Guard Commander, Major-General Alaa Siyadi announced today that the Coast Guard vessels assisted and provided the required support to a marine excavator with nine crews on board after encountering a water leakage because of a technical fault in the pumps. He said that no injuries were reported.
